Built for doors weighing up to 220 lbs., this commercial-grade pocket door system is ideal for both residential and light commercial projects. It is compatible with 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 interior wall construction and works with doors that are 1 3/8" or 1 3/4" thick, with a minimum door thickness of 1".
One of the standout features of this system is its Soft Close and Soft Open functionality. The 4-wheel soft close mechanism gently brakes the door as it slides shut, then pulls it smoothly into its final closed position. The 4-wheel soft open mechanism works in the opposite direction, slowing the door as it slides back into the wall for a controlled, quiet opening experience.
The system includes a heavy-duty extruded aluminum box track, precision-engineered for jump-proof performance and long-lasting durability. The track can also be cut down as needed to fit smaller door openings, making it a flexible solution for a variety of pocket door sizes.
Please note that the Soft Close and Soft Open option is not available for doors under 30" wide, due to the combined widths of the soft close and soft open mechanisms. For both single and double pocket door applications, Soft Close or Soft Open will accommodate doors 30" wide and up.
