Multi-Fold Hardware Sets

Series 1 Multi-Fold Hardware

Build a multi-fold door system with HBP Series 1 aluminum track and hardware. It uses the same heavy-duty components as our Series 1 bifold systems. The box-style track helps keep the 4-wheel ball-bearing hangers in place.

Choose a multi-fold system when your opening has more than four panels (in pairs), or when you want all the panels to fold to one side.

How to Order

1. Choose your track length. Select a track long enough for the opening. You can cut it to length.
2. Choose Base Set A. Order one set if all panels fold to one side. Order two sets if panels fold from both sides and meet in the middle.
3. Add Set B for each additional pair of panels beyond the first pair supported by each Base Set A.

Examples: Three pairs folding to one side require 1 Base Set A and 2 Add-on Sets B. Four pairs split between both sides require 2 Base Sets A and 2 Add-on Sets B.

Base Set A: First Pair of Panels

Hardware for the first pair of panels folding from a jamb. Includes:

• 1 bottom pivot bracket
• 1 top pivot set
• 1 4-wheel ball-bearing hanger
• 1 hanger plate
• 2 hinges
• 1 bottom pivot
• 1 wrench
• 1 screw pack

Add-on Set B: Each Additional Pair

Hardware for each additional pair of panels. Includes:

• 1 4-wheel ball-bearing hanger
• 4 hinges
• 1 screw pack

Ordering note: Base Set A and Add-on Set B are components of a complete multi-fold system. Choose the track and the quantities of each set needed for your opening.
