Built for both residential and commercial applications, this heavy-duty system features a precision-extruded aluminum box track along with Soft Close and Soft Open technology for controlled, quiet door movement.

Heavy-Duty Performance

The Series 1 HBP system is designed for use with 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 interior wall construction and accommodates doors that are 1-3/8" or 1-3/4" thick.

Minimum door thickness: 1".

The heavy-duty, precision-extruded aluminum box track provides reliable, jump-proof operation while delivering the strength needed for doors weighing up to 220 lbs.

Need a custom size? The aluminum track can be cut down as needed to accommodate smaller door widths or in-between sizes, providing added flexibility during installation.

Smooth Soft Close & Soft Open Operation

The included 4-wheel Soft Close mechanism gently brakes the door as it approaches the closed position, then automatically pulls the door into its final closed position. This creates a smooth, controlled close while helping prevent slamming.

The 4-wheel Soft Open mechanism provides the same controlled motion as the door travels back into the pocket, gently braking the door before it reaches its fully open position inside the wall.

Together, these features create a quieter, more refined pocket door experience.

Door Width Requirements

Because of the combined space required for the Soft Close and Soft Open mechanisms, this configuration is not available for doors under 30" wide.

For both single pocket doors and double pocket doors, Soft Close or Soft Open functionality can accommodate doors 30" wide and larger.
