The HBP Single 2 x 4 Pocket Door Frame Kit is designed for standard 2 x 4 walls and provides a strong, smooth-operating pocket door system for residential and light commercial applications. Built with galvanized all-steel studs and a solid wood header attached to a ball bearing roller track system, this frame kit is made for durability, stability, and long-lasting performance.
This kit is available for door heights of 80", 84", and 96", and supports doors weighing up to 200 lbs.

Hidden Bottom Pocket Door Guide Kit
Smooth Soft Close Operation
The included 4-wheel ball bearing Soft Close mechanism allows the door to slide normally, then gently pulls the door into the closed position against the jamb. This helps prevent slamming and provides a quieter, smoother user experience.
Controlled Soft Open Performance
The 4-wheel ball bearing Soft Open mechanism helps keep the door from slamming into the back stud inside the wall pocket. This protects the door, frame, and wall structure while creating a more controlled opening motion.
The Soft Close and Soft Open units are the same components, installed in opposite directions within the track.
Built for Standard 2 x 4 Walls
This pocket door frame kit is designed for use with standard 2 x 4 wall construction. The galvanized all-steel studs provide strength and rigidity, while the solid wood header and ball bearing roller system help ensure smooth and reliable door travel.
Hidden Bottom Pocket Door Guide Included
Each frame kit includes a Hidden Bottom Pocket Door Guide Kit. This guide fastens between the steel studs and behind the pocket door jambs for a clean, concealed installation. It is made from thin steel and includes two fixed nylon guides to help keep the door aligned.
The guide is available for 1 3/8" and 1 3/4" thick doors. For minor door thickness adjustments, the guide can be moved up or down during installation.
