Types of Door Bottom Sweeps

Kerf-In Door Bottom Sweeps (for Wood Doors)

• Designed to install into the bottom of the door

• Ideal for wood doors

• Made from flexible vinyl

• Feature double kerfs for a secure fit

• Can be trimmed to size for a custom fit

Aluminum Door Bottom Sweep with Long Fingered Vinyl

• Standard size: 35-3/4" (can be trimmed as needed)

• Mounts to the face of the door (bottom edge)

• Adjustable up to 3/8" for proper sealing

• Long fingered vinyl creates a tight seal against:

  • Dust

  • Drafts

  • Moisture

Automatic Door Bottom Sweeps

Available in two installation types:

Surface Mount

• Installs directly onto the face of the door

Mortise Mount

• Installs into the bottom of the door for a more concealed look

Key Features:

• Reversible for right- or left-handed doors

• Equipped with a hinge-side activation button

• When the door closes, the button is pressed, causing the sweep to automatically drop down and seal the gap under the door
