Series 1- HBP Bypass Hardware Kit
Bypass doors are composed of two doors normally that slide past each other in the door opening. Since there are less doors used than in a Bifold of the same size, each door is normally wider, For instance, a 6' wide closet would have two 3' (36" ) wide doors to make up the width.
A thing to also remember is when using a Bypass door installation, the opening may have to be undersized slightly, to allow for an overlap, or make one of the doors wider, Example, using a 32" or 30" wide door for a 5' wide opening.
NOTE:
The track and hardware takes up from 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" - From the Top of the Door to where you install the track. You can adjust the height of the rollers.
Installation Instructions
- For 1 3/8” to 1 3/ 4” Thick Doors
- Track is Heavy Duty Extruded Aluminum
- 4 Wheel Ball Bearing Hangers
- **New and Improved Ball Bearing Rollers with Axles
- Jump proof twin Channel Design, with “V” shaped Rails and Integral
- Two separate tracks for custom fit

ADDITIONAL ADD-ON OPTION: HBP Bottom Track with Door Alignment Rollers
The HBP Bottom Roller Guide Track is designed to keep sliding doors moving smoothly, consistently, and in perfect alignment. This low-profile, ADA Compliant bottom track features built-in guide channels that allow the bottom rollers to ride securely within the track, helping prevent door sway, rubbing, and misalignment during daily use.
Track Height: 5/16"
Track Width: 2 11/16"
Each roller attaches to the bottom of an individual door, allowing the doors to remain properly guided as they open and close. The track measures 5/16" thick by 2 11/16" wide, making it a strong compact solution for a variety of sliding door installations.
This versatile bottom track can be used with HBP Series 1 or Series 2 Bypass Track and Hardware, giving customers added flexibility across multiple hardware systems. It is also an excellent solution for double pocket door applications where two doors slide past one another and into one side of the wall.
